Posbang Corp. ("Posbang," "we," "us," or "our") provides point-of-sale, business-management, support, and quality-assurance services. This policy applies to www.posbang.com, qa.posbang.com, and Posbang applications that link to this policy.

Information we collect

Depending on the service you use, we may collect:

• Account information: your name, email address, profile image, stable account identifier, organization membership, and authentication status.
• Support and QA information: issue descriptions, reproduction steps, comments, screenshots, video, diagnostic logs, application events, device information, application version, and other evidence you choose to submit.
• Service information: IP address, browser or device type, timestamps, security and audit events, and information needed to operate, protect, and troubleshoot our services.
• Business communications: information you provide when requesting support, a demonstration, product information, or account assistance.

Do not include payment-card numbers, customer records, passwords, authentication tokens, or unrelated personal information in QA reports or attachments.

Google sign-in and Google user data

When you choose Sign in with Google, Google provides basic identity information that you authorize, such as your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile image. We use this information to create or locate your Witty/Posbang identity, establish your session, associate reports with you, apply organization membership, and protect access to the service.

We request only the basic openid, email, and profile scopes. We do not receive your Google password, access Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, or other Google services through this sign-in process. Google ID tokens are used only to verify your identity and are not retained after the sign-in exchange. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

We use information to:

• authenticate users and maintain secure sessions;
• provide, operate, support, and improve Posbang products;
• receive, display, investigate, and resolve QA and support reports;
• associate a submission with its authenticated reporter and enforce update permissions;
• detect abuse, prevent fraud, maintain audit records, and protect our users and systems;
• communicate about requests, service changes, security, and account support; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us deliver hosting, authentication, security, monitoring, and support, subject to appropriate contractual and confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

On the Proofline QA board, authenticated users can view QA reports and their submitted evidence. Only the authenticated original reporter may make ordinary human updates to that report. Because reports are shared with other signed-in QA users, submit only information appropriate for that audience.

Retention and security

We retain account, QA, support, and audit information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, investigate and document product issues, meet security and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention may vary by record type and contractual requirement.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted transport, access controls, authenticated sessions, and audit logging. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may sign out, stop using Google sign-in, and manage Posbang's access from your Google Account. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your account. Some information may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, or the integrity of QA and audit records.

Children's privacy

Our business products and QA services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through these services.

International processing
