Recovery path

Follow the sequence.

  1. 01

    Check the network

Confirm the browser is connected to the store LAN and the saved address still belongs to that server.

  2. 02

    Check Store Server

Verify the Windows service is running from the host before changing browser or account settings.

  3. 03

    Separate cloud from local login

A Witty/Posbang login problem affects store selection; a local POS login problem must be handled by the local administrator.

  4. 04

    Re-pair after address changes

Remove the browser-local pairing and use a fresh server code or approved address when the server identity or address changes.

  5. 05

    Use the offline path

If only internet access is down, open the saved local shortcut/address directly.

Completion check

You are ready when:

The issue is identified as cloud identity, store assignment, LAN reachability, Store Server health or local authorization.
