Launch sequence
Follow the sequence.
- 01
Prepare the store host
Confirm the supported Windows version, stable LAN connection, available storage and a recoverable database backup before changing the installation.
- 02
Run the approved full installer
Install the legacy Windows Back Office, Store Server and Local Web Back Office from the same approved release. Do not copy program folders from another store.
- 03
Set the store identity
Apply the assigned store, terminal and license information. Keep database administrator credentials local; never enter them on posbang.com.
- 04
Connect operating devices
Add order terminals, receipt printers, kitchen printers and other approved peripherals one at a time, testing each after configuration.
- 05
Create local users
Create named POS users and assign only the roles required for cashier, supervisor, manager or Back Office work.
- 06
Run the service test
Open a shift, enter an order, route it to the kitchen, settle payment, print the receipt and confirm the sale in Back Office before handover.
Completion check
You are ready when:
A complete test transaction reaches the correct printer, appears in Back Office and can be included in closing reports.
