Recovery path

Follow the sequence.

  1. 01

    Identify the boundary

Determine whether the issue affects one terminal, one printer, the local server or the entire store network.

  2. 02

    Check local service health

Confirm the Windows host and Store Server are running before restarting terminals or changing application settings.

  3. 03

    Check the physical path

Inspect power, paper, cables, Wi-Fi/LAN and the selected printer or terminal address.

  4. 04

    Retry one controlled test

Use a small test order or report and record what succeeds and where the flow stops.

  5. 05

    Escalate with evidence

Send the store, station, time, affected workflow and safe screenshot to Posbang Support. Never send database passwords or payment-card data.
