Launch sequence
Follow the sequence.

Create the personal account
Start at app.witty.team/auth/signup/personal. A person without a selected business organization belongs to the canonical Community organization.

Protect the identity
Use a unique password or the approved Google sign-in path when available. Never share one Witty user among employees.
- 03
Join or create the business organization
Accept an authorized invitation or follow the organization-owner onboarding path. Do not infer organization membership from an email domain.

Assign roles
Give each member the minimum role and organizational scope required for their work.

Connect Posbang services
Use the same Witty identity when a connected Posbang product requests account sign-in; local POS permissions remain separate.
- 06
Verify access
Confirm the user sees the correct organization and no stores, projects or people outside the assigned scope.
Completion check
You are ready when:
The person has one Witty identity, the intended organization membership and no unintended access.
